The Veterans Village (VV), is a brand-new 47-unit permanent housing community for veterans and their families. VV is the first project spearheaded by the Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) Giving Foundation, a registered 501c3 organization, dedicated to addressing the need for Supportive and Affordable Housing. The VBC Giving Foundation oversaw building the Veterans Village Bernard Spain Campus located in Philadelphia, PA. VV will serve as a template for future housing projects for seniors, Veterans, special needs and other vulnerable populations across the country.

In May 2022, AmeriVet Securities met with the VBC Giving Foundation to sponsor a two-bedroom apartment in the new complex and traveled to Philadelphia to help build furniture to furnish the apartment at Veterans Village.
