We recently hosted an event for the Chicago Summer Business Institute (CSBI). CSBI offers paid summer internships to high school students in the local area, and introduces them to careers in finance and business. Throughout the six-week program, interns receive hands-on industry experience and professional development sessions. The program empowers students to build their personal brand and cultivate professional relationships.

The event was a culmination of CSBI’s 2025 summer internship programs, and it included board members, current interns, alumni, supervisors and more.

Our very own CSBI summer intern, Shaun Koroluk, played a key role in organizing the engaging event, with the support from his supervisor, Sidney Covington, a U.S. Army veteran, who serves on our veteran engagement team. During the event, Shaun led a panel discussion, featuring five current interns and alumni, who shared their personal experiences, offered advice and reflected on their time in the program.
