Our newest Veteran Engagement Associate, US Army veteran Sidney Covington, LMSW, joined Fordham University‘s Accounting and Tax Society for a discussion on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Sidney covered hidden identities, imposter syndrome, seeking mentors/sponsors that may be from a different background, advocating to be a change agent, and the importance of diversity and inclusion. Our work reaches transitioning veterans, student veterans, as well as veteran family members.
