Jason Pandak, Vice President of Capital Markets, recently spoke on a panel at the Employing U.S. Vets Spring 2026 Conference, to discuss supporting Guard and Reserve employees in today’s workforce.

Mr. Pandak, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, spoke on the challenges employees who also serve in the Guard and Reserve may face, and discussed effective approaches and meaningful strategies for HR leaders, veteran program managers and executives to consider.

The Employing U.S Vets conference offers attendees actionable tools and information to establish and build upon veteran initiatives. It is also an opportunity for military veterans to network with peers from leading companies, non-profits, government agencies and others seeking to hire veterans.
