Military Veteran Employees Support “Black Hawk Down” Hero

Kevin Galligan and John Delaney, both West Point graduates and U.S. Army veterans, attended the West Point Society of New York Founder’s Dinner. The event featured former U.S. Army Ranger Matt Eversmann as its keynote speaker.

First Sergeant (Retired) Matt Eversmann is a former U.S. Army Ranger who led a chalk of soldiers during the 1993 Battle of Mogadishu, an experience for which he was awarded the Bronze Star with Valor and which was later immortalized in the book and film Black Hawk Down.
