PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund’s $92.6 Million Follow-On Public Offering

PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund executed its offering of shares of beneficial interest for total gross proceeds of approximately $92.6 million. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PDI.”

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, UBS Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC acted as joint book-running managers. Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC, Wedbush Securities Inc., AmeriVet Securities, Inc. and Loop Capital Markets LLC acted as co-managers.
