Florian Jaze

Chief Financial Officer

Florian Jaze has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at AmeriVet Securities since 2020. As CFO, he oversees all financial operations including accounting, audit, corporate finance, and investor relations. He is also responsible for the firm’s compliance and governance activities.

In addition, Mr. Jaze is Vice President at South Street Securities Holdings, Inc., AmeriVet’s affiliate, a role he has held since 2014. Prior to his time at South Street Securities, he served in various roles at BNY Mellon and UBS.

Florian earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Pace University and a master’s degree in accounting from New Jersey City University. His tenure and institutional knowledge of the firm coupled with his experience and academic background equip him to manage complex financial functions to ensure regulatory compliance, making him a vital asset to the AmeriVet Securities team.
