Floyd serves as Senior Vice President, Public Finance at AmeriVet.

He is a licensed attorney with over 25 years of securities industry experience in marketing, fixed income sales, public finance and compliance. 

Floyd is focused on raising capital for municipal debt issuers and not-for-profit borrowers. He is admitted to practice law in Washington state and California, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Additionally, Floyd serves on the Board of Directors for Lawyers Helping Hungry Children and each year provides pro bono legal services to military veterans and their dependents as an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Floyd strongly believes in public service and is a judge pro tem in two District Courts in Washington state.

Floyd earned his Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations from The American College in Bryn Mawr PA. In addition, he is registered with his FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 50, 53, 63 and 65.
