Steve O’Keefe is a rising junior at Tulane University in New Orleans, double majoring in political science and homeland security studies. At Tulane, he is a second class midshipman in Naval ROTC hoping to service select as a pilot upon graduation. This summer, his efforts will focus on AmeriVet’s geopolitical strategy.
