Veterans Future Lab Founders Lunch Guest Speaker

September 10, 2019

NYU Tandon Future Labs is New York’s first high-touch business incubator for military veterans. Supported by Barclays, the Future Labs are a network of innovation spaces and programs that grow early-stage startups through curated support services, mentorship and resources. There are an incredible amount of resources for use by veteran entrepreneurs free of charge, where they can work on building scalable prototypes, small-scale manufacturing, hardware, soft goods and everything in between.

Our head of Fixed Income Patrick Perdue spoke to these entrepreneurs during their Founders Lunch, which is an opportunity for approximately 25 Founders currently in their incubation residence program to hear words of wisdom from leaders of all stratas in the entrepreneurial community. Patrick discussed time in service, lessons learned during his transition from active duty, how to scale their businesses and some of the best practices they should follow as business founders.
