The team at AmeriVet was both honored and privileged to host the Achilles Freedom Team of Achilles International. The Achilles Freedom Team is comprised of wounded military personnel and veterans. Achilles International transforms the lives of people with disabilities through athletic programs and social connection, with the main objective to bring hope, inspiration, and the joys of achievement to all. For many on the team, this was their first race and we are grateful to organizations such as Achilles International that support our wounded warriors.
