On Monday, May 8th, ASPIRA of New York celebrated its 62nd annual Circle of Achievers event. Since 1961, founded by Dr. Antonia Pantoja, ASPIRA has been at the forefront of providing educational and leadership development opportunities to Latino youth. Dr. Antonia Pantoja indicated that all those individuals “touched” by ASPIRA are considered ASPIRAntes.
