“Financial spreads were unchanged to 10-basis points tighter on solid secondary volume and we saw $921 million of net client buying on the week. Estimates are calling for $20 billion-$25 billion this week as all eyes will be on the Fed decision on Wednesday as earnings season is in full swing and company’s look to issue before the dog days of summer kick in and the summer slowdown.”
