“The New Issue calendar came in at $15.4 billion last week topping estimates of 10-15 billion. Financial spreads were unchanged to 7-basis points wider on solid secondary volume.  Last week saw $122 million of net client buying led by Utilities, Financials, Health care, Industrials and Materials.”
