Team RWB’s mission is to connect America’s veterans to their community through physical and social activity. This month, AmeriVet Securities staff participated with Team RWB Queens/Brooklyn chapter to volunteer their time with #HashtagLunchbag, an organization that works to feed the hungry in local communities. This event specifically supported #Hashtaglunchbagbk, the Brooklyn chapter of the organization. 400 meals were prepared and distributed to local homeless shelters, in addition to bags of scarves, gloves, and headgear to donate to shelter residents.
