April is the Month of the Military Child!

To celebrate and honor the children who brunt the sacrifice of their parents’ service, our Veterans Engagement Associate, Sidney Covington, attended the opening ceremony of the Kids Rank Masks of Hope Exhibit at the Pritzker Military Museum and Library. Children of servicemembers design their masks to showcase their resilience and support of their parents’ service.

There were over 100 masks showcased at the exhibit opening. Ten of those masks were selected to be showcased at the White House in honor of the commitment and sacrifices they endure as military children.
