Prior to National Vietnam War Veterans Day on March 29, the NYC Department of Veterans’ Services, United War Veterans Council and Mayor Eric Adams joined more than 150 members of the veteran community to honor those lost during the Vietnam War.

James Fitzgerald, Communication and Veteran Engagement Associate, joined in the ceremonial reading of names of the 1,744 New Yorkers who served in the Vietnam War and lost their lives.
